Where did you two meet?
Kyle & I met in High School at Dakota Ridge. I was a senior & he was a Junior. I actually slid into his DMs after I saw him with a group of friends driving an old, rusty red truck. Within the week we were dating & the rest is history. We would then go on to both attend the University of Colorado Boulder.
Whats the best memory from your wedding day?
My best memory from the wedding was the giant dance circle where both our families came together & everyone got to jump in & have fun. Kyle’s best memory from the wedding was our last, private dance to, ‘To Build a Home’ by the Cinematic Orchestra.
What advice do you have for future brides?
Our best advice for couples planning their wedding day is to trust the process & know that it’s not going to be 100% perfect. Things will go wrong or not according to plan, but don’t let it affect your day. Be sure to take a moment to breathe & soak it all in just the two of you. The day is going to FLY by!
Where are you going for your honeymoon?
We plan on going early next year! Thanks to the generous contributions from our friends/family, we plan on going on a 2 week, all inclusive cruise through the Pacific Islands. During the trip we will be booking tons of amazing activities/excursions; most notably, scuba diving, as it’s a very special activity for us that I learned from him & his family when we first started dating! (Kyle’s first job was at a Scuba shop with his Dad, so they taught me & I got certified on a drive trip to Curaçao)
