How did you meet each other?
We met at a dog bar! Yes, a bar where you can bring your dogs. Our dogs met first which led us to introduce ourselves. Patrick's pick up line (according to him, "the best pick up line ever") "Our dogs get along, I bet we'll get along *gun fingers*". The rest is history.
What was the best memory of your wedding day?
Groom's - when I heard Jack Johnson's "Angel" playing and saw her walking down the aisle. Bride's - when it was Patrick's turn to do his vows and he broke out a scroll and when my dad, bros and cousin performed our first dance song.
What advice do you have for other couples planning their wedding?
Advice for wedding planning: Save up early so that you don't feel like you have to give up anything that you would really love due to a limited budget and put in a lot of work into planning so that you can enjoy yourselves on the big day!
Did you go on a honeymoon?
No honeymoon yet! We want to go somewhere exotic like Costa Rica but the Army is already sending us to a new assignment so we will have to save it for next summer.
