One of the joys of being a photographer is getting the chance to watch and document families as they grow. Back in 2011 we fortunate enough to photograph Jenn and Luke Wagner's wedding day at Mile High Station here in Denver. When Jenn called to have us shoot a newborn session of their son Tate, I of course was overjoyed. Without further ado, it is now my pleasure to introduce you to the newest addition to the Wagner household Tate Jeffrey Wagner, born May 7th at 7lb 14oz. He is as perfect as can be and we couldn't be happier for Jenn and Luke.

Gulf Shores Alabama Wedding | Ashley and Drake's Wedding
Growing up I never knew marriage would be this fun. My wife is the sweetest, most beautiful and loving women. Everyday l am amazed at how strong she is and what a wonderful mommy she has become for little Grayson. The fun began two years ago today where a group of friends and family traveled down on the beaches of Gulf Shore, Alabama for a week of fun in the sun. If you missed out on our days of beach volleyball, paddleboarding and sunbathing or the nights of bonfires, hot tubing and live music with mudslides at Flora-Bama then this post is for you. For our two year anniversary I decided to finally put together an album from our wedding. I may be slightly biased, but this was the best wedding week I have ever been a part of :) I can only hope every bride and groom are blessed to have as much fun on their wedding days as we did. I want to thank everyone who came to party with us. Hopefully we will see you at the 10 yr anniversary at the Halekai lll. Cheers to many fabulous years ahead Ashley.

Lisa + Colby's Great Bend, Kansas Wedding {Colorado Destination Wedding Photographers}
We have been so blessed to have gotten to know and photograph a few amazing Kansas born couples now living here in the Denver area. Earlier this month we were invited to travel to "The Sunflower State" and photograph Lisa and Colby's wedding and get introduced to their small town of Great Bend. We love getting out of town for weddings and it was such a fun weekend away. Spring time in Great Bend was absolutely beautiful with the grass turning green and trees in full bloom. Rustic Colorado Mountain Wedding Photographer | Deanna and Rob's Steamboat Springs Wedding
Deanna and Rob had one of the most unique weddings we've ever attended. They rented the Vista Verde dude ranch near Steamboat Springs for an extended weekend to spend with all their friends and family. The weekend included a true cowboy rehearsal dinner with some of the most amazing food prepared by the staff at Vista Verde followed by a hayride, horseshoe competition, calf roping, tequila shooting good time in the stables at the ranch.
Coordinated by Kelsey Albright at Colorado Wedding Company, the wedding day was everything the bride and groom could've hoped for and more! From the gorgeous flowers and centerpieces, by Erin Devine to the perfect setting that the Vista Verde provided, to the bride's gorgeous dress and 2nd dress (photos coming soon), to the Don Julio grooms cake, etc etc. After the ceremony they had a sunset sleigh ride out in the pasture and stables. Awaiting their return was an accordion serenade waltz of "Over the Waves", blue champagne and one heck of a party. Thank you for inviting Ashley and I to share in your wedding weekend.

Denver Brown Palace Wedding | Noel and Joel's Brown Palace Wedding
Noel and Joel's wedding was our first wedding of the season and they couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous Spring day in Denver.
Their ceremony and reception were held in downtown Denver at the stunning Brown Palace Hotel + Spa, Denver's 2nd oldest hotel. They had a Roaring 20's themed reception that was complete with all the glamour and unpredictableness you would expect from the magnificent decade. The fedoras, long pearl necklaces and feather accents were just a few of the details they incorporated into the cocktail hour and reception.
We had a great time celebrating with this beautiful couple and we wish them much joy and many years of happiness!

Denver Cheesman Park Engagement Session | Alison and James's Engagement Session
A big congratulations to Alison and James who were winners of our Engagement Shoot giveaway at our most recent Great Bridal Expo. We are so sad they are getting married in their home state of New Hampshire this fall because it would have been a pleasure to be a part of their wedding day. They are a couple full of energy and love for each other. With their love for literature, we decided it was only fitting to start their engagement session off with a trip to The Mutiny Bookstore on South Broadway followed by some flirting in their neighborhood park (Cheesman Park). Congratulations you two and we wish you all the best on your wedding day.
